Teaching Kits are materials and lesson plans designed to be used by educators to learn more about Yup’ik, Cup’ik and Athabascan cultures. They include materials that can be incorporated into the classroom curriculum. The lesson plans also supplement the materials in the kits.
Each teaching kit has anywhere from one to twenty objects, depending upon the topic. Activities are designed to be hands on and adjustable for any age group.

Logistics
Educators may check out the teaching kits for up to 2 weeks at a time. Shipping costs are the responisiblity of the borrower otherwise there is no charge for the use of the materials.
